These coloured raindrops - or tears - are part of an installation, which in turn is inspired by a fairy tale musical written by the artist about a brother and sister who take on an evil witch. The oversized raindrops - stitched, painted and stuffed burlap - are inevitably reminiscent of pop art and, more specifically, Claes Oldernburg's work.
