D'Hollander died young and full of doubts, twenty years before her work was picked up and conquered the world. She creates simple, intimate, abstract-figurative works inspired by her walks in the Flemish Ardennes. They form a warm bath that, as a viewer, you immerse yourself in without suspicion.
