For AQUALEX - Encico created a special vase - Using the theme of water as a main inspiration for the project, Enrico Donadello worked on a shape that recalls the pipes that were used in former societies to bring fresh water from the springs to towns.
These pipes, used by Greeks, Romans and other archaic nations, were made in different materials. They had the shape of truncated cones, wider on one side and smaller on the other, so that one piece could fit into the other. Joining together, they were able to channel the water.
